**Parents/ guardians applying to register their student for Pre-K will need to be approved for the Pre-K program

Please Bring ALL of the following items to your designated campus: 

Complete Immunization Record for the Student

Orginal Birth Certificate

Original Social Security Card

Last Year's Report Card

Current Proof of Residency (utility bill showing physical address, contract or lease on house)

Legal Documentation (custody agreement, personal protective order, etc.)
