The Troy ISD Board of Trustees recognized the following students for their accomplishments during the February 20th meeting.

Troy High School Band

Concert Band:

The following students tried out and won a place in the ATSSB Region 8 Concert Band:

• Katie DeMorrow
• Makaila Gray
• Riley Hilsinger
• Alyssa Scheler (Area Qualifier)

Symphonic Band:

The following students tried out and won a place in the ATSSB Region 8 Symphonic Band and also advanced to the area level competition:

• Kevin Curtis
• Ryan Solis
• Chole Williams

Matthew Reynoso advanced through Region, Area and won a place in the ATSSB All-State Band.  He earned 2^nd chair at all-state.
