The Troy ISD Gifted and Talented Program referral window is now open through January 28th.  Parents and teachers can refer any student, grades K-11, for screening.  Gifted students are those who perform or show potential to perform at remarkably high levels of accomplishment when compared to others of the same age, experience, or environment, and who:

• exhibits high-performance capabilities in an intellectual, creative or artistic area,
• possesses an unusual capacity for leadership, or
• excels in a specific academic field.
