The Texas Education Agency recently released district and campus accountability reports, including distinction designations. All Troy ISD campuses eligible earned at least one distinction designation, as follows:

Troy High School

  • Academic Achievement in Science
  • Top 25% in Comparative Academic Growth
  • Top 25% in Closing the Gaps
  • Postsecondary Readiness

Raymond Mays Middle School

  • Academic Achievement in Mathematics
  • Academic Achievement in Science

Troy Elementary School

  • Top 25% in Comparative Academic Growth

Mays Elementary School is not eligible to earn a distinction, but is paired with Troy Elementary School for accountability purposes.

Distinction designations are determined by how a campus ranks in the various categories in comparison to 40 other demographically similar schools across the state. Troy ISD is proud of the hard work of students, teachers, and campus leaders at each of our four campuses.
